Blue Cross / Blue Shield   As a kid, I distinctly remember driving by this building when it housed the offices of Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Illinois. Now 227 Wyman St. sits empty and unloved, with its fate uncertain because of the Rockford Public Library demolition plans.
